Under this policy: Cancellations/refunds will be considered only if the request is made within 14 days of making a donation by mail, email or fax. In case of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card, please report to the issuing bank to cancel the transaction.
Please note that your payment is processed by Fiuu. The name Fiuu will appear on your credit card or bank statement, and you will receive a notification email from Fiuu regarding this transaction.
